My name is Nila Briggs and I have been a full-time Realtor in the Idaho Falls area for many years.  I have been a part of the expansion and growth we have seen in the past several years.  For several years I was actively involved in pre-license real estate education as an instructor and helped in developing training programs for new licensees.  I earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation through the National Association of Realtors and have worked with Realtors from other areas in relocation matters. 

Buyers and sellers participate in what is often the most important purchase or sale in their life.  This decision should involve people who can guide buyers and sellers to a successful transaction.  A capable Realtor is trained to do just that.  We can help eliminate the stress every seller and buyer experiences.  If we don't have all the answers we will find people who can help.

My involvement in the community includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Art Museum of Eastern Idaho.  The museum is located near the beautiful Snake River and offers many opportunities for those interested in art.  We are very proud of our outreach program which takes art opportunities to children in schools in the area.
